The 5th Annual Slap Some Balls Golf Tour is coming to you live from the stunning Algarve in Portugal this year! Tee-off is on Friday, May 2nd, culminating in the grand prize-giving ceremony on Monday, May 5th. The lineup promises to be amazing!
Day 1 kicks off at the Atlantic Course at Castro Marim Golfe & Country Club. This beautiful parkland course, designed by Terry Murray, is located near the historic town of Castro Marim in the Eastern Algarve. It features undulating terrain, ornamental lakes, and strategically placed water hazards and bunkers. Golfers will enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, the River Guadiana, and the nearby nature reserve. The club itself is a modern resort with three nine-hole courses, a friendly clubhouse, and top-quality food.
Day 2 takes us to the Isla Canela Old Course at Isla Canela Golf Club. This picturesque 18-hole course in Ayamonte, Huelva, is set in a natural marshland, providing unique natural obstacles and breathtaking views. Known for its strategic layout, the course requires thoughtful shot-making and planning. The clubhouse offers all necessary services, including a shop, a restaurant, and practice facilities like a putting green and short play area.
Day 3 brings us to the Quinta do Vale Golf Course, located in the Eastern Algarve near the banks of the Guadiana River. Designed by the legendary golfer Severiano Ballesteros, this 18-hole course is renowned for its strategic layout and stunning natural scenery. It features wide fairways, a variety of dog-legs, and strategically placed water hazards, making it both challenging and enjoyable for golfers of all levels. Opened in October 2008, the course integrates seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, offering breathtaking views of the river and the rolling hills of the Algarve. The front nine holes include several natural lagoons, while the back nine are more elevated, providing panoramic views of the valley and the Guadiana River.
Day 4 returns to the Atlantic Course for an exciting two-ball scramble competition!

The 4th Annual Slap Some Balls Golf Tour will be coming to you live from Lisbon in Portugal this year. Tee-off is on Wednesday April 10th and will be cumulating in the grand prize-giving ceremony on Saturday April 13th. The line up looks to be amazing!
Day 1 sees us play Praia D’El Rey. It is rated amongst the top golf courses in Europe by Golf World Magazine and is one of Portugal’s major golfing destinations for both private and sponsored events.
Day 2 is at Royal Óbidos Golf Course. This is a Sebe designed course! The golf course at the Royal Óbidos Spa & Golf Resort has received its own “real” treatment of world golf legend Severiano Ballesteros. Applying his art in the design of golf courses, the renowned golfer has created a truly exceptional course here, honoring the high quality standards of the resort.
Day 3 is at West Cliffs. Located an hour’s drive north of Lisbon on Portugal’s spectacular Silver Coast, West Cliffs is a Cynthia Dye design that first opened its doors to the golfing public in the summer of 2017.
Day 4 is at Bom Sucesso. The Guardian Bom Sucesso Golf was designed by Donald Steel, one of the most prestigious golf architects in the world. Located in an area of natural and singular beauty, in Óbidos, and just an hour from Lisbon, the fantastic 18-hole championship golf course extends along the BOM SUCESSO RESORT, on a rugged slope and surrounded by the Óbidos Lagoon, offering fantastic and unique views of the lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean.
